From 25 May 2018, we will apply the new regulation of the European Union on data processing and protection of individuals, more commonly known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Regulation determines the principles we must follow when processing your personal data, including when storing or deleting them.
The Regulation will give you more possibilities to control and protect your personal data as well as provide a unified approach to the processing and protection of your personal data throughout the European Union.
We will continue providing services to you, and their availability will not change but in the future we will inform you about the type of personal data we process, the purposes and basis we do that, persons to whom we transfer your personal data, how long we store them as well as about your rights regarding the processing of your personal data.
If in the future while using our services you want to receive various benefits, for instance, more favourable financing conditions, higher deposit rates, special offers and discounts on purchases made using a payment card, etc., you have the opportunity to give your consent to receiving information from the bank by visiting any client service centre, via Online Banking, mobile application or by calling phone number 67010000.
Just like before, we will:
- respect your fundamental rights and freedoms, in particular the right to inviolability of your private, family life and communication through the legal and fair processing of your personal data;
- take care of the accuracy and up-to-dateness of your personal data taking all necessary steps to rectify or erase, including supplement or update such personal data;
- guarantee non-disclosure and security of your personal data protecting them from unauthorised or illegal processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage.
